Where It Is

The location of this property is pretty special and relatively private due to being located across the mainline railway tracks from the Newbridge area of Truro. The property is accessed by carefully following the instructions on the sign at a dedicated gated railway crossing. Once you cross the tracks you feel a world away! (even though you are just minutes from the Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro Prep School, Truro College, Richard Lander School and Truro Golf Club). The Newbridge area has excellent country walks and Truro Lawn Tennis Club is located there. Access to both the city of Truro and also back roads to Falmouth and Redruth including the main A30 can be found from here. From Truro you pass Truro Tennis club on your left and go down through a ford and up the hill the other side taking a left turn down an unmade road (sign posted on a tree), at the end of the track you will come to a gate (before the railway track). It is essential to follow the instructions on the sign telling you how to safely cross the railway track.
